💡 Since our offerings primarily include digital content and educational support, this policy clearly explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
📘 1. Digital Product Policy
All our resources — including notes, eBooks, video lectures, and project files — are **digital goods**. Once a product is purchased or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded, as digital files cannot be taken back once delivered.
✅ Exceptions (Contact us within 48 hours):
- Wrong or incomplete file delivered
- Technical error during payment or download
We will review and resolve your case promptly.
🧑🏫 2. Project / Course Enrollments
Cancellation or refund requests can be accepted only before the project material is shared or the first session is conducted.
⚠️ Once the project starts, or materials are delivered, **no refunds will be processed**.
⚙️ 3. Double Payment or Transaction Errors
- If a user accidentally makes **duplicate payments**, we will issue a full refund for the extra transaction after verification.
- Refunds will be made to the **original mode of payment** within **7–10 working days**.
❌ 5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- User changes mind after purchase
- User fails to attend live/online sessions
- Content already accessed or downloaded
- Delay or issue caused by user’s internet/device problems
🕒 6. Cancellation Window
For project or course enrollments, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Note: Beyond that period, our team will have already begun preparation of your materials, and no cancellation will be possible.
