We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent service to every learner.
💻 1. Digital Product Delivery
Our core services include digital learning materials (reports, notes, videos, files). These items are delivered electronically through:
- Instant download links after payment
- Direct email delivery to your registered address
- Access via the “Study For Next” app or web dashboard
🕒 Delivery Time:
Usually instant or within 1–6 hours after successful payment.
If you don’t receive your files within 12 hours, please contact our support team immediately.
📦 2. Project Kit / Physical Material Delivery
For select projects involving a hardware kit or physical component:
- Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners (DTDC, India Post, BlueDart, etc.)
- You’ll receive a tracking ID by email or WhatsApp once dispatched.
📍 Estimated Delivery Timeline:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 working days
💬 3. Order Confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email/SMS with order details and access links.

⚙️ 4. Delays or Technical Issues
Delivery may be delayed due to network issues, incorrect contact info, or payment gateway delays.

💳 5. Shipping Charges
- Digital materials are delivered online — no shipping or handling fees apply.
- Shipping fees may apply only for physical kits, and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
🔁 6. Return & Replacement Policy
We ensure top-quality products. Here are the terms for returns and replacement:
🧾 A. Digital Products
As digital content is instantly accessible, returns or refunds are not possible once downloaded or accessed (Refer to Refund Policy).
If there’s a technical issue (corrupted or wrong file), contact us within 48 hours — we’ll resend or replace the file free of cost.
📦 B. Physical Products / Project Kits
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete kit, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos or videos for verification.
Once approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
🚫 Returns are not accepted for:
- Items used or altered after delivery
- Issues caused by user mishandling
- Delay caused by courier beyond our control
🕒 Replacement Timeline: After verification, replacements are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
